Was chatting to Martin on the way home about Cheadle Circuits next week. Suggestions were any of Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Any takers and any preferences?

Mine would be for Monday or Tuesday as I'm away Wednesday...

Not sure. Just the result of a conversation on the way home today. Doesn't make too much difference to me to be honest which night it is...

If its a definite change mate, Monday would be pukka for me. Can't make Wednesdays as you know due to Dylans footie training. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a pemenent change to a Monday. Whilst we're at it, is there any chance we could change the chain gang time to about 12ish on a Saturday that'd be great. :-)

Would you like us to swing by your house on the way out for the Chain Gang too?

Until the club 10's start up then monday night sounds good to me- all the better if it means the turnout improves.

Mondays please for Cheadle. I want to restart the Wed night road sessions that were popular a while back & don't want to clash with anything.

Cheers, P.

I was thinking of coming along tonight as the wife has a Zumba class til about 8.30.

I've never been before, what sort of thing should I expect? Is it group riding or more individual training?

What time do you normally finish?

Thanks

Neal, it's general interval type training around the 0.5mile circuit in the business park. Depending on numbers we can do a number of things including chain gang/though and sprints off the front of the group. The beauty is that because it's a small circuit you can't a) get lost or b) get dropped.

Would be good to have you along.

Although, you do have to point out to newcomers the concept of an anti-clockwise circuit. (i.e keep turning left) Otherwise they end up on the a34....
