On one of the women's rides some people were talking about where we can get support and advice at repairing and maintaining bikes.
I have been on one of the courses at Bike Right-www.bikeright.co.uk 0161 230 7007.
They are based in East Manchester and run courses for beginners to advanced over weekends.
They are really good and also run courses on cycling for adults if you know anyone who might need some support.
