This is the first cross race in the North West League at a new venue in Preston run by Red Rose Olympic. It's a Cat A event which means it has showers etc but this also means that you should pre-enter this race if possible by this Sat to guarantee a ride - and it will save you a couple of quid too. There will most likely be EOL but I'd advise pre-entry.
Colin has put a write-up about the race on the NWCCA site as follows, sounds a great new course suitable for those new to cross and grizzled campaigners alike: http://www.nwcca.org.uk/2010/08/preview-the-red-rose-olympic-avenham-cyclo-cross-18-september-2010/
And you can download the entry form from here: http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/zuvvi/media/bc_files/cyclo_cross/Cyclo-Cross_entry_form.doc
Don't worry if you don't have a race number, you can buy one at the first event. Give me a shout if you have any other Q's. See you there! edited by Mick on 31/08/2010
