BHM morning ride, 50 miles or so, the odd hill thrown in for good measure but nothing too tough - steady pace (mostly

Need to get back in the saddle and spin the legs after a week off the bike.

What he said. You beat me or Scott to it, we discussed posting up similar on way back today. And coz we were too slow Scott we don't get that extra half hour in bed!

See you in the am.

Happy for 1/2 an hour postponment to start time - a lie in is always welcome.

Route suggestions happily received.

Did this ride happen in the end?

I went to go for a ride round the peaks today and this happened...

Twisted my chain, and then broke my chain tool trying to fix it!
Fortunately it happened 10seconds after setting off.

Also WOW @ imageshack it's identified the wheelers shirt and found a related image of another wheeler member!

Any chance you could make the images a little larger? I'm having trouble seeing them on my 1920x1200 display Big Grin
