Hi Paul,
Hope this works, I'll see you for the hilly tonight- hopefully its similar to last week? or will you be flying up after Sundays ride?

I'll be doing a similar route to last week but in the reverse direction and staying on the main roads this time. I'm still a little stiff from Sundays 1500m of climbing so not in the mood for caning it. Fingers crossed it will stay dry, see you at 6:30.

No probs, glad everyone enjoyed it. It was a nice night out and the rain held off. I'm going to try this cyclo-cross thing for the next couple of Wed nights so can't join y'all next week. Dave has put up a ride for next week and hopefully someone else will want to try leading a hilly ride in the coming weeks. I'm off to Wales for the long weekend to do some more leg battering but will hope to see all at the finish of the Manc 100 though I won't be doing it myself. Have a good weekend riding everyone.
