What about the filling of Walnut Whips?

No, this is the good stuff...

really cheap and readily available.
I rub a good dollop on my skin, not the pad in the shorts, before dressing. Stops any nastiness setting in.

Udderly Smooth from Wiggle, half the price and double the tub size compared with Assos. Washes out well. Did me fine on the full edition of Flanders so tested over a decent length of time in the saddle. Have also tried a vaseline base layer (on pad)/uddery smooth top coat mix in the NLTTA - also worked pretty well (I always suffer more in the TT position than sat up position on the road bike due to position and not great pad in the Provision skinsuit)
