1. Zipp 808 tubular wheelset with Zipp titanium skewers, Dura Ace 11-23 cassette and Vittoria Corsa Evo cx tubs. Cost £1500. Now £1000. Ridden less than 100 miles on them.
2. Campag Nuetron Ultra clincher wheelset with continental supersonic tyres and Dura Ace 12- 25 cassette. Cost £750. Now £450. They have only done 2 10 mile time trials.
If anyone is interested in either then PM me or call me on 0161 7939393. Due to my ongoing pedalling problems i have decided to stick with sportives.

Paul, I'm interested in these....been dithering about upgrading my wheels from Mavic Aksiums for a while - these seem like a good step up. Have dropped you a PM with my phone number

I would absolutely love to buy the Zipps but finances presently dictate otherwise having just treated myself to few other "bits and pieces" . The fact that I happened to be riding borrowed 808s the time I did my 25 and 100 pbs is purely coincidental, I wouldnt recommend anyone in any of the club BAR competitions currently using shallow section rims to invest in such things, it's all marketing hype...
Love those Campag's too, got the ordinary Neutrons and have been very bombproof* with lovely smooth hubs - arent they a good wheel for your Sportives Paul?
*it took me going down very hard in the Tour of Flanders sportive to finally knock the front wheel a little bit out of true after 2 years of riding on 'em.
Paul, if you don't get any takers for the Zipps I'd stick 'em on the Time Trialling forum for sale board, you won't have any problem shifting them on there edited by NickW on 09/07/2010
