Plan for tomorrow is to ride out to Alderley in 1 group, then let a natural split occur on the road to Chelford. Mick has volunteered to lead a steadier group so everyone should get a decent workout. 2 points to remember;

on the way out to Alderley make sure you do a 1 minute turn at the front. Keep at a good tempo for the minute to help prepare yourself for the increase in pace when the chaingang starts, and remember to point or shout out any potholes when at the front.

Learn to recognise when you are starting to get tired, that way you can sit on and recover. If you leave it too late recovery won't happen in time to stay on the group.

Lets hope we can keep it together better than last week.

Come on, spill the beans what happened.

Good turnout today, around 12 out, the 2 groups worked well once the Leigh boys had battered everyone.
