Thinking of getting some 'proper' advice on bike setup.

I've been riding roughly the same set up for a while, but have often wondered if there might be improvements to be had by getting the 'optimum' fit rather than what feels okay and/or doesn't hurt too much.

Looking on t'web there are a couple of options in the area

And there are others like Cyclefit based elsewhere.

Anyone got any experience of using these - is the cost a worthwhile investment or waste of money ?!
