This is the Long Route, man it's a goodie: http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/Andy-s-commute. 16 miles each way with 250-300m of climbing depending on which way you're going. Om nom nom indeed. Especially on 42x20.

You can see there's a shorter option too.

I'm quite lucky in that between me and the office I have an endless choice of routes/distances and all on fairly quite roads.

My morning commute at the moment and probably for the next few weeks.

Touch under 20miles and a total climb of 1262ft

GPS Signal is really bad in the city, takes ages to even "connect" to the satellites before I leave. In Wales I can start up the GPS in the house, and connects straight away to the satellites rock on
