All members please note that the above event will take place on Saturday 14th November 2009 at the Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham.
Tickets, Price £21 are available now from either Martin Brown or John Dawson. This is usually a really good "do" and is a good chance to mix with other members of the Club, off the bike. The event this year promises to be extra special, as all the Trophies and Shields in the Club's glittering array will be on show before hand and then presented to a full list of recipients during the evening. Anyone wishing to make a really good night of it will be offered the luxury of an overnight stay in the hotel at a reduced price. Don't be shy, get your orders in early!! John123.

As I've mentioned before the only thing that's missing from the night is a disco so we can all throw some shapes.

Sorry Stu. It won't happen this year. We've had them countless times before and they became a bit of an intrusion. The Meal, the Guest Speaker, the Trophy Presentation, the Quiz and the Conversation leaves no time for a Disco. People can enjoy themselves without chucking themselves about.

Thankfully theres even more trophies to give out this year so will be a busy night. Im sure we'll have a less formal christmas night out aswell...althought there was more stumbling and slurring than dancing at last years!

Now that the Claims for Awards are "pouring" in, I would remind you that Tickets for the "do" are on sale from myself or Martin Brown Price £21.
Date 14th November 2009. Venue Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham. Looking forward to seeing you all. Dress optional, but smart!

Ant. I am just back from Malta. Martin has been in hospital to have a hip replaced. There is a Vegetarian option on the Menu for the Dinner. Just ask for a ticket with the £21 enclosed and state your need. John

Cheers John, I'll send a cheque next week. Another daft question though first! Do you send tickets out to us or do
we just turn up?

Tickets by return. Or will be bringing some out to the Cyclo cross a week on Sunday. Requests have so far been slow to materialise, but hopefully all the prize winners will be coming along with all the usual suspects. Only five weeks to go before the event. Tickets £21. Venue the Cresta Court Hotel, Altrincham. Special Rate for overnight stay £50 per Room. Cheers for now. John
