Im 99% sure Rach and I took the rare chance to win a ladies team prize at the MDLCA 50 mile TT today.
Huge well done to Rachel, I felt awful but managed a PB and the win somehow, only thing that got me to the finish was not letting Rachel down!
So sorry girls but you have to come to the MDLCA dinner to celebrate everything we've all achieved this year!
Update: Ooh just noticed the other post from Ian but what the hell, it is good enough to be worth saying twice
