Not sure I could manage a 90 mile hilly this Sunday, so suggest a 50-60 miles mixed ride somewhere out near Macc probably with cafe stop - open to ideas

I'll see how my knee feels after the club 10 tomorrow, unlikely that it'll want to do 90 miles tbh, it was grumbling after 10 last sunday

Something along the lines of the above unless its wet and go just take a flatish route?

looks good. If I make it to Altrincham I'll probably peel off there and head home.

Really enjoyed the ride today some pretty tough hills in there. Sorry if it was a bit harder than a mixed usually is. Once we finally reached the A54 it was down hill after that! You made it Dave. Hopefully you won't be needing a new stent just yet.

Thanks for a great (part) ride today.

After leaving you just past Langley I took a steady route back through Prestbury and was sick just outside the church then eventually made it back to reality in a couple of hours. Had to go to bed for a few hours but the headache seems to have cleared.

Thanks again Stephen.
