stephen Posts 120	Not sure I could manage a 90 mile hilly this Sunday, so suggest a 50-60 miles mixed ride somewhere out near Macc probably with cafe stop - open to ideas

stephen Posts 120	Really enjoyed the ride today some pretty tough hills in there. Sorry if it was a bit harder than a mixed usually is. Once we finally reached the A54 it was down hill after that! You made it Dave. Hopefully you won't be needing a new stent just yet.

After leaving you just past Langley I took a steady route back through Prestbury and was sick just outside the church then eventually made it back to reality in a couple of hours. Had to go to bed for a few hours but the headache seems to have cleared. Thanks again Stephen.

Red stripe and Iboprufen is helping abit Felt like I was riding with 1 leg for most of the day Good to hear you got back ok Nick and Well done to Dave!
